Who we are

GolfHomes.in ("we") is the data fiduciary for personal data collected on this site, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Contact: hello@golfhomes.in.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, password stored as a secure hash); enquiries you send (name, phone, email, message and the listing); shortlists and saved searches; and for agents, RERA registration details and certificates.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie we set keeps you logged in.

Why we use it

To run your account, to pass your enquiry to the agent you chose (with your consent, given on the enquiry form), to email you alerts you asked for, and to verify agents' RERA registration.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry goes only to the agent for that listing. We use service providers to host the site and send email. We don't sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open, and enquiries for up to 3 years. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance, by emailing hello@golfhomes.in. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
